Tulsa’s own Impact Productions, in association with the Oklahoma Film + Music Office (OF+MO), is proud to announce the beginning of principal photography of the television mini-series “Centuries Collide”, which will start production on July 7, 2020.
“Centuries Collide”, a mini-series developed by Impact Productions, will be uncovering the surprising Christian origins of modern products, ideas, or technology that shape our world today. The pilot for “Centuries Collide” was filmed in Tulsa in December 2019, and focused on Martin Luther’s “95 Theses” and its lasting impact in the digital age. The full series will include other historical figures such as Joan of Arc, Johannes Gutenberg and St. Patrick, and will explain how their actions helped create our modern world.
“After months of quarantine and lockdown, it’s exciting to finally be in pre-production on our new show, ‘Centuries Collide’,” said producer Micah Barnard. “It’s especially great knowing we can make a positive impact on the local economy by basing our production here in Tulsa and working with such an amazing team of Oklahomans.”
