The 31st annual OK Mozart International Music Festival has announced its official lineup for the 2015 season set to take place Saturday, June 6 through Saturday, June 13, 2015 in Bartlesville, Oklahoma. The festival is known for bringing the highest quality professional musical and cultural experience to the state of Oklahoma by producing a multi-day festival with professional orchestra musicians, concert artists and musical performances of artistic excellence for an event with international significance.
OK Mozart’s Opening Celebration on Saturday, June 6, has been given a brand new air of excitement with a change in venue and an all-day, multi-faceted program including a first-time Fun Run. Additional activities for opening day include tours of Prairie Song’s historically recreated 1800s Old West town, live music by the Corky Davis Country Swing Band, pony rides, tribal dancing, a petting zoo, do-it-yourself branding irons, wagon rides and more with a free admission to the evening’s performance at the Bartlesville Community Center.
Highlights throughout the week include “A Musical Tour of Italy” featuring violinist, Chad Hoopes, and performances by renowned pianist Jon Kimura Parker, Aeolus Quartet, Louise Owen, the Spencer-Prentiss/Becky Wallace Chamber, Amici New York and more.

Music students in orchestra and band from Bartlesville and surrounding areas will gain valuable instruction from the members of the Amici New York Orchestra through the festival’s Master Classes.
