Transcript for the trailer for “Forsaken”
The Oklahoma-made film “Forsaken” (previously titled “Wicked Love”) is now available from MarVista Entertainment via on-demand platforms and iTunes.
“Forsaken” is a dark and quirky contemporary reimagining of Shakespeare’s “Macbeth” as told from the viewpoint of Missy, the oft-misunderstood Lady MacBeth. Directed and co-written by Conor Allyn, alongside his brother Jake Allyn who also stars in the film, “Forsaken” shows how love, passion and ambition should never be underestimated. The film stars Morgan Taylor Campbell (“The 100”), Michael Grant (“The Secret Life of the American Teenager”), Donny Boaz (“Dallas”), Damon Carney (“The Lone Ranger”), Taylor Murphy (“Scream: The TV Series”) and Larry Jack Dotson (“Bernie”).
Utilizing the Oklahoma Film Enhancement Rebate Program administered by the Oklahoma Film + Music Office (OF+MO), “Forsaken” was filmed throughout Oklahoma City, Guthrie and Yukon last summer with locations including Lake Overholser and Harding Charter Preparatory High School.
